VCARS - Victim Crisis Assistance and Referral Service is available in:

Thunder Bay and area, Nipigon, Lake Helen First Nation, Dorion and Red Rock areas.

Volunteers are currently being recruited for training in the fall of 2008.  Upon successful completion of Ministry of Attorney General Victim Services Secretariat mandated training, volunteers will be able to provide VCARS volunteer service.  For more information, please inquire 807-684-1374 or submit your application available in the "Volunteer" section of this website.
